Three toolkit options to suit your campaign

Eleven offers three clear campaign toolkit packages designed to help you activate your campaign with confidence. Each option reflects different levels of in-house resource and design capability – giving you the right balance of guidance, templates and creative support to suit your team and the scale of your campaign.

Package 1

Campaign Guidelines

Best for short-term, fixed duration campaigns where Eleven creates the full asset suite. You’ll receive a clear, concise campaign summary covering strategy, messaging and visual identity – helping your team and partners stay aligned from start to finish.

Now Foster

Case study

For Now Foster’s ‘Weekends Unexpected’ campaign, our goal was to shift public perceptions of fostering by highlighting its flexibility and the profound impact it can have on children’s lives. As a short-term, fixed-duration campaign, we developed a complete suite of assets alongside a clear and concise campaign guidelines document. This included strategic messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice guidance tailored for a wide range of stakeholders, from internal marketing teams to individual foster carers. The result was a unified guidelines document that ensured consistent communication across all channels and touchpoints, empowering everyone involved to deliver the campaign with confidence and clarity.

Package 2

Marketing Toolkit

Ideal for teams with limited design capacity but an in-house marketing function using Canva. Alongside your campaign summary, visual identity and messaging overview, we’ll create nine editable Canva templates:
• 3x grid posts
• 3x stories
• 3x feed posts

You’ll also receive clear guidance on template use and a virtual handover training session, so your team can confidently update and extend campaign assets in-house. This toolkit is effective where teams are looking to refresh content periodically or run partner campaigns, where multiple organisations need to create their own materials while maintaining a consistent campaign look and feel.

Living Wage Foundation

Case study

To spotlight the urgent challenges facing low-paid workers; rising inflation, housing costs, and energy bills, while celebrating accredited employers committed to fair pay, we developed a bold and vibrant campaign for the Living Wage Foundation. Recognising the need for accessible, editable assets for their in-house marketing team and partner organisations, we delivered a tailored marketing toolkit including example assets, alongside a clear campaign summary and messaging guide.

This approach empowered multiple stakeholders to create their own campaign materials while maintaining a consistent visual identity and tone. Through virtual handover training and practical guidance, the Living Wage Foundation team could confidently adapt and extend the campaign across digital channels, amplifying authentic stories from real employers and employees.

Package 3

Design Toolkit

Designed for clients with an in-house design team or external design support working in InDesign.  Perfect for long-term, multi-channel or federated campaigns that require a broad range of assets. Your toolkit includes the full campaign strategy, visual identity and practical guidance for asset creation – plus editable artwork for a suite of digital or print deliverables. We also provide a virtual handover training session to help your team confidently embed the design system.

Asset suite options include either of:

  • Digital: 9 static social media templates (3x grid, 3x stories, 3x feed), 1 email banner, 3 website images.
  • Print: 1 double-sided A5/A4 flyer template, 1 pull-up banner template, 1 single-sided A4/A3 poster template.

University of Suffolk

Case study

The University of Suffolk’s ‘See It Your Way’ campaign was designed to attract a diverse range of prospective students by positioning the University as a place that embraces change and opportunity. As a long-term, multi-channel initiative, we delivered a comprehensive campaign toolkit tailored for use by the University’s in-house design team and external partners working in InDesign.

The toolkit included a full campaign strategy, visual identity, and practical guidance for asset creation, alongside editable artwork for both digital and print deliverables. With templates for social media, email, website, flyers, posters, and banners, the campaign was equipped to reach audiences across multiple touchpoints. A virtual handover session ensured the design system could be confidently embedded and extended, enabling consistent and compelling communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
